e) Setting the date and time
• The GT-6000 is equipped with an integrated real-time clock, which is buffered via the integrated lithium button
battery. Each save operation is automatically given a time stamp. This allows you to edit the data at the correct
time later.
• To set the date and time, proceed as follows:
• Switch the GT-6000 off.
• To activate the date and time setting, press and hold the folder button (14) and the On/Off button (15) at the same
time. The device switches on and activates the setting.
• The date/time format is displayed as follows:
MM:DD Month: Day
YYYY Year
hh:mm Hour: Minute
ss Second (not adjustable)
• Press the button (2) to select a date/time field. Pressing the button moves one field ahead each time.
• When the field flashes, the value for this field can be set.
• Press the save button (13) to decrease the value or the folder button (14) to increase the value.
• Each time the hours and minutes are changed, the seconds field resets to zero.
• To save the setting, press and hold the button (2) for approx. 2 seconds. The display switches back to standard
mode.
