We, Atlas Copco Industrial Technique AB, SE-105 23
STOCKHOLM SWEDEN, declare under our sole responsi-
bility that this product (with name, type and serial number,
see front page) fulfils the following essential requirements of
Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC:
2006/42/EC (Annex I, clauses 1.1, 1.2 (excluding 1.2.4.3),
1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7)
And that this partly completed machinery is in conformity
with the provisions of the following other EU Directive(s):
2014/34/EU (ATEX)
This partly completed machinery must not be put into service
until the final machinery into which it is to be incorporated
has been declared in conformity with provisions of the Ma-
chinery Directive 2006/42/EC, where appropriate.
The following (parts/clauses of) European harmonized stan-
dards have been applied:
EN 1127-1:2019, EN ISO 12100:2010, EN ISO
80079-36:2016, EN ISO 80079-37:2016
The relevant technical documentation was compiled and was
communicated in accordance with Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC part B of Annex VII and ATEX Directive
2014/34/EU Article 13 (1) b) ii in the Notified Body ExVeri-
tas ApS (EU Identification No 2804) in Denmark. Authori-
ties can request the technical file for ATEX Directive
2014/34/EU in paper form from:
