Area:
Lumbar and lower back
Position :
Lie down with your back on the massage roller. Support your
weight on your elbows or hands.
Contract your abdominal muscles and roll the roller along
your lower back. Start at the tailbone and work your way up to
the middle of your back and then back again. Keep your feet
on the floor at all times.
Area:
Obliques and shoulders
Position :
Stand on your right side and extend your right leg. Move your
left leg over and place it in front.
Stabilize yourself with your left arm and place the massage
roller under the armpit of your right arm.
Tighten your stomach and buttocks and slowly move the roller
from the armpit to the rib cage and back again. Then switch
sides.
