Outer thigh
Position :
Sit on your side with one thigh on JOLT™ ROLL, body
weight resting on the arm on the same side as the leg being
massaged.
Extend the leg being massaged, upper leg bent crossing in
front of the lower leg, upper arm resting on the knee.
Rock back and forth while carrying out several breaths, the
whole keeping the trunk and the shoulders stabilized.

Position :
Place JOLT™ ROLL between your neck and the ground.
Rock back and forth from the middle of your back to the
back of your neck. Turn your head to the right and left,
gently stretching your neck.
