b) V-Tail Mixer
For a plane model with V-tail, both elevators also have to perform the rudder function. For this reason, the CH2 (eleva-
tor) and CH4 (rudder) channels are mixed in the V-tail mixer. Therefore, both servos are always working at the same
time in the elevator or rudder control.
The servo of the right rudder flap of the V-tail has to be connected to the receiver output CH4 and the servo of the
left rudder flap of the V-tail to the receiver output CH2. The deflections of the two rudder flaps have to be according
to the figures in figure 19.
