2. Assigning current sensors
The current sensors connected are listed here in tab-
ular form.
The Connection position on the device (CTx, whereby
x = 1–12) must be stipulated individually for every
current sensor.
Those connection positions at which the current sen-
sor cable was connected to the device itself must be
activated and configured (numbering on the device
from right to left 1–12). In addition, the phase that is
to be measured with the current sensor must also be
stipulated.
Information
A maximum of twelve current sensors can be con-
nected and configured. With that, monitoring of main
lines and lines to the sub-distributions is possible.
b The connection positions of all connected sen-
sors were checked on the device.
1. In the table, activate the current sensors that are
used for monitoring.
2. Make the corresponding settings for each cur-
rent sensor:
Option
Explanation
Phase
Specification of the phase
that is measured by the
current sensor at the
specified connection posi-
tion (CTx).

Option
Explanation
Current sensor
Designation of the installed
current sensor.
To this end, observe the la-
belling on the current sen-
sor.
Current limit [A]
Specification of the current
limit of the line fuse to
which the current sensor is
connected.
The input value (unit: am-
pere) may be less than the
rated current of the fuse.
3. Configuring power sources
For every phase of the house connection and for
other power sources at the place of use, e.g. pho-
tovoltaic system, the connected current sensor is
specified.
e
Assign a current sensor to every phase.
If a photovoltaic system is installed, this is likewise
specified as a power source:
1. Activate the Photovoltaic system option.
2. Assign the corresponding phase and the current
sensor.
Information
Additional current sensors are available as spare
parts from your authorized Porsche dealer.
4. Specifying power consumers
Existing power consumers, e.g. garage, sauna, and
EEBus devices, e.g. Porsche Mobile Charger Connect
charger, Porsche Mobile Charger Plus, are specified
here and the current sensors are assigned accord-
ingly to the phases used.
EEBus refers to a communication protocol that is in-
tegrated, for example, in the Porsche Mobile Charger
Connect charger. If both the energy manager and an
EEBus device are in the same network, the protocol
enables the pairing of both devices.
It is essential that the following requirements be ob-
served when adding a consumer:
–
The power consumer and/or EEBus device must
have a current sensor in every phase.
–
The number of phases of the supply cable on the
EEBus device are known and configured accord-
ingly.
–
The grid phase of the charger corresponds to the
phase of the vehicle. Exception: The number of
phases of the charger does not correspond to
the number of phases of the vehicle. For exam-
ple: The charger of a two-phase charging vehicle
should be configured as a two-phase EEBus de-
vice.
For each of the power consumers listed here, the
power supply can be displayed in the Overview and in
the History.
Adding power consumers
1. Select Add power consumer.
2. Selecting and configuring:
