Simple troubleshooting
Problem
The water filter 35 does not
stay in position in the water
tank 11.
The coffee grounds are not
firm but dry and crumbly.
The coffee grounds are not
firm but wet.

Cause
The water filter 35 is not
correctly engaged.
The grinding setting is too
fine or there is not enough
ground coffee.
The grinding setting is too
coarse or there is too much
ground coffee.
Solution
Press the water filter 35
firmly into the tank
attachment until you feel it
engage.
Adjust the grinding unit to a
coarser setting or use 2
spoonfuls of ground coffee.
Adjust the grinding unit to a
finer setting or use only 1
spoonful of ground coffee.
