Some tips
The results obtained can vary according to the type of flour and yeast used. It is recommended that you get
inform well on the types of flours before using them.
The machine can also work with prepared flours available on the market.
Sugar is an optional ingredient but helps to make the dough sweeter and improve the leavening.
To activate the yeast, we recommend to mix it with half cup of warm water and a small quantity of sugar.
Salt can reduce the rise of bread leavened so it is recommended not to use too much. Bread without salt will
have bigger dimensions.
Eggs can increase the size of the bread and make it more nutrient. If you want to add eggs to the mixture, it is
recommended to mix them accurately before adding.
According to your taste you can add oil, butter and other fats. These will make the bread softener. It is suggested
to melt the butter or slice it in small pieces before adding it.
Results will be better if the temperature of the water used will be between 20 ° c and 25 ° c. In alternative to
water can use milk.
It is recommended to respect strictly the quantities indicated in the recipes, to prevent the compromise of the
final result.
More recipes can be available on web sites or kitchen books specific for bread machines.
