Troubleshooting
Potential faults, their causes and remedies can be found in the following table.
Notify your Wacker Neuson representative in case of malfunctions you cannot or
may not remedy yourself.
Malfunction
Forward or reverse travel speed
is too low.
Loss of hydraulic oil.
Oil pressure control lamp is lit in
red while the engine is running.
Charging control lamp is lit in
red while the engine is running.
Oil pressure control lamp or
Charging control lamp does not
light up after the machine has
been activated.
Vibration control lamp does not
light up.
Vibration control lamp does not
light up. The device can no
longer be controlled.
Stand vibration cannot be
turned on.
The advance and reverse travel
cannot be steplessly adjusted.
Engine does not start properly.

Cause
Safety pressure of exciter con-
trol unit too low.
Exciter speed is too low.
The hydraulic system has a
leak.
Engine oil level is too low.
Oil filter is clogged.
Oil pressure switch or electrical
connection is defective.
Generator, charge control, bat-
tery, or electrical connection is
defective.
Oil pressure control lamp or
Charging control lamp is without
any electrical connection or de-
fective.
Vibration control lamp is without
any electrical connection or de-
fective.
Switching element is defective.
The electronic system switches
off due to overvoltage.
Stand vibration/normal opera-
tion switch or electrical connec-
tion is defective.
Slow/fast operation button,
switching element or electrical
connection is defective.
Throttle lever not in full throttle
position.

Have the pressure relief valve
adjusted correctly. *
