c) Answering External Phone Call
• If an external phone call comes in, a ring tone will be emitted from the speaker of the mobile unit and the
corresponding message for a new call is displayed.
If the caller submits a phone number (and your phone grid or switchboard permits this) the num-
ber is displayed on the mobile unit.
If desired, you can increase the volume of the ring tone with the button „
(12). This remains saved for the next calls.
• If the mobile unit is not in the basis station, briefly push the button „
the „call" and talk to the caller.
If automatic call acceptance is on and the mobile unit is in the basis station, take the mobile unit from the
basis station to accept the call.
In both cases, the display and key light of the mobile unit are activated. They go out after approx.
10 seconds if no button is pushed.
