b) Visitor Rings at the Outdoor Unit
• When a visitors has pushed the bell button at the outdoor unit, a ringing sound is emitted from the speaker
of the mobile unit.
The ringing sound is automatically terminated after approx. 1 minute if the call with the outdoor
unit is not answered with a mobile unit.
• If the mobile unit is in the basis station, take it out. This will automatically established the connection to
the outdoor unit and you can talk to the visitor.
If the mobile unit is not in the basis station, briefly push the button „
the „call" and talk to the visitor.
In both cases, the display and key light of the mobile unit are activated. They go out after approx. 10
seconds if no button is pushed.
A call is possible at a length up to 2 minutes. Then it is automatically disconnected.
• If the door opener is to be activated to let the visitor in, keep the button „#" (13) pushed for 3 seconds.
The time for which the door opener is activated can be set via the dial switch (38) on the relay
module (0.5 ... 8 s).
• To terminate the call, briefly push the button „
During a call with an external caller, you can hear a knocking signal if a visitor rings at the out-
door unit at the same time.
It is not possible to alternatingly talk to the external caller and the visitor.
However, you can terminate the call with the external caller by briefly pushing the button

" (10). Then wait until the visitor pushes the bell button at the outdoor unit again. Then you
can answer the „call" from the outdoor unit.
