17. Troubleshooting
No function
• Check the voltage/power supply of the basis station and the outdoor unit.
• Check correct wiring of the outdoor unit and the relay module.
• If you have inserted batteries in the outdoor unit, replace them with new ones or check them for proper
polarity.
The mobile unit cannot be switched on
• Charge the mobile unit.
• Check that the rechargeable batteries are inserted correctly.
No display in the mobile unit
• Switch on the mobile unit.
• Charge the mobile unit.
• Check that the rechargeable batteries are inserted correctly.
The operating duration of the mobile unit is very short
• Charge the mobile unit.
• Exchange the rechargeable batteries for new ones.
• Check if the charging contacts of the basis station or mobile unit are contaminated; clean them careful-
ly.
There is no free sign or there is only a search display in the mobile unit's display.
• Check the voltage/current supply of the basis station.
• Check the connection to the phone network.
• Use another adapter for connection to the phone socket.
• The distance between the mobile unit and the basis station is too large or the ratio connection is impai-
red.
• The mobile unit is not logged on to the basis station.
