The mobile unit reacts to a push of a button only by a tone signal, but no numbers appear in the display
when dialling; access to the setup menu is not possible either
• Switch off the key lock
Door opener does not work
• If the outdoor unit is operated with batteries/rechargeable batteries only, the door opener function does
not work.
• Check correct wiring of the outdoor unit and the relay module and the door opener.
• The relay module already supplies the operating voltage for the door opener. Observe the circuit diagram
in Chapter 9.
• At the relay module, the time for how long the door opener is activated can be set with the dial switch
(38) (0.5 ... 8 s).
• To activate the door opener, keep the button „#" (13) at the mobile unit pushed for 3 seconds (or longer).
Therefore, observe that you push the button „#" for long enough.
Activating the door opener is only possible if a visitor has pushed the doorbell button at the door before
and you have answered this „call" at the mobile unit.
• If you have logged on another DECT/GAP phone at the basis station, it cannot activate the door opener
with the button „#". However, a special mobile unit with the door opener function is available as an ac-
cessory (Conrad item no. 551474).
The door opener is permanently activated
• Check the slider (37) in the relay module. It is used to select the two different door opener builds (quie-
scent current or working current door opener); see chapter 9. b).
When the doorbell button at the outdoor unit is pushed, no call sound is audible in the speaker of the
outdoor unit
• Check the voltage/current supply of the outdoor unit.
• Check correct wiring of the outdoor unit and the relay module.
The mobile unit does not ring when the doorbell button at the outdoor unit is pushed
• The distance between the mobile unit and the basis station is too large or the ratio connection is impai-
