b) Forwarding External Call to Another Mobile Unit
If you conduct a call with an external caller with the mobile unit, you can forward this call to another mobile
unit.
Proceed as follows:
• During a call with an external caller, push the button „
• Enter the number of the mobile unit you want to call with the respective number keys (5).
If the number is valid (the corresponding mobile unit of course must be logged on to the basis station),
the called mobile unit will ring and its display will show the name of the calling mobile unit.
• If the button „ " (3) is pushed on the second mobile unit, you can briefly talk internally to the partici-
pant at the second mobile unit to inform him about the external call.
• To terminate the call, briefly push the button „
The external caller is now connected to the person on the second mobile unit, the first mobile unit is in
standby mode again.
c) Setting up Conference
If you conduct a call with an external caller with the mobile unit, you can set up a conference with another
mobile unit. This function permits talking to the external caller and a participant on another mobile unit at
the same time.
Proceed as follows:
• During a call with an external caller, push the button „
• Enter the number of the mobile unit you want to call with the respective number keys (5).
If the number is valid (the corresponding mobile unit of course must be logged on to the basis station),
the called mobile unit will ring and its display will show the name of the calling mobile unit.
