4.4 Electrical Connection of the InPro 8300 RAMS

The InPro 8300 RAMS is supplied with the connection cable firmly connected between active and pas-
sive part. Once the InPro 8300 RAMS has been installed mechanically, the electrical connections can
be established.
Procedure:
• Unscrew the window plate from the InPro 8300 RAMS
• Pass the stripped cable through the cable gland
– Cable diameter 4 ... 10 mm
– Core cross section 0.75 mm
• Connect the cable cores in accordance with the circuit diagram.
• Insert the desiccant capsule in the terminal compartment
• Replace the window plate
Tools required:
• Open-ended wrench a/f 22 mm (not included)
• Cable stripper (not included)
• Screwdriver 2.4 mm (included in the InPro 8300 RAMS accessories kit)
• Desiccant capsules (2 pcs, included in the InPro 8300 RAMS accessories kit)
