11. Configuration

a) Selecting the unit of the temperature indication (°C or °F)
For the whole display, it is possible to switch between the units °C and °F.
• Long press the "SELECT" button.
• Both displays switch the unit. With indication degree Celsius, the unit "°C" is displayed; with
degree Fahrenheit the unit "°F" is displayed.
b) Setting the values of the temperature alarm
For each sensor, a lower and/or upper temperature threshold can be set, thus triggering a
temperature alarm when the temperature goes below or above the threshold.
• In the default settings the temperature thresholds are not set (temperature
alarm is deactivated).
• The adjustable value range is –29.9°C to +79.9°C.
This depends on the sensor type. When setting, take note for the corre-
sponding temperature threshold value, of the respective ascertainable
temperature threshold of the available sensor.
• If you wish to set only one lower or one upper value, control if the respective
other value is set to "– – .–" (inactive).
This value setting is effected after setting the value +79.9°C.
• The temperature alarm is always active only for those sensors that are
currently active (represented in display A and B), i.e. if the temperature goes
above or below the alarm value of a sensor that is not displayed, then the
alarm will not be activated.

displayed with the writing "LO" underneath.
• If you wish to set the lower threshold of one of the other sensor, briefly press several times
the "SENSOR" button until the desired sensor appears in display field B.
