Example:
If the threshold value is set to 4hPa, the air pressure has to increase or decrease by
at least 4hPa so that this air pressure change is considered in the weather forecast.
The default threshold value is 2hPa. It can be changed in a range from 2 to 4 hPa.
Refer to the chapter „Settings" to find out how to perform this setting.
e) Air pressure and air pressure progress
This display section shows you the absolute air pressure and the air pressure pro-
gression over 24 hours in the basic setting. The display can also be switched to
showing the relative air pressure.
Refer to the chapter „Configuring the Display" to find out how to perform this setting.
The absolute air pressure reflects the actual air pressure in your area. Relative air
pressure is more common though, as it reflects the air pressure with reference to the
height above sea level. The air pressure default value should be matched with the rela-
tive air pressure in your area so that the weather station can display the relative air
pressure as accurately as possible. To obtain the current relative air pressure value in
your area, contact your weather office or consult the Internet, your local media or
similar. Set this air pressure value on the weather station. Refer to the chapter „Set-
tings" to find out how to perform this setting.
The air pressure course over the past 24 hours is displayed in the bar diagram. The
respective hours are indicated below the bars. This way, you can quickly detect how
the air pressure progressed over the last hours.
f) Wind speed and rain quantity
This display section shows you the wind speed and the hourly rain quantity in the
basic setting.
