KSK−...
Tighten the coupling screws of the undivided hubs with Ms.
S
Place the half shells, which you have re
S
moved, loosely into the relevant position
again with the aid of the coupling screws.
Shift the y−axis to the centre of the hub of
S
the x−axes.
If the slide is offset:
Push both slides into the same axis position.
S
In this way you can compensate for any possible distortions.
Tighten the coupling screws of the divided hub with tightening torque
S
(è Fig. 22).
Make sure that there is equal symmetrical clamping.

Commissioning
Warning
Fast rotating shafts contain a high amount of energy.
S Make sure that nobody can place his/her hand on the rotating KSK and that
no objects can brush against it e.g. by providing protective screening or
covers.
Otherwise this could lead to burns or injuries to human beings and damage
to the components involved.
Make sure the documentation for planning the multi−axis system is available.
S
Maximum rotational speeds, slide speeds, fitting tolerances, torques and slide
offset which occur must not exceed the permitted values for your constellation
(see also the chapter Characteristic curves").
Start a test run at low speed.
