Kopf-Verbindung AS 1 und UM 1
(Fig. 7) mit Zubehörbausatz:

1 Obere Abdeckbleche an AS 1 und
UM 1 abschrauben, dazu jeweils
zwei Linsenflanschkopfschrauben
lösen.
2 An den hinteren Abdeckblechen
jeweils die oberen und unteren La-
schen um 180° umbiegen.
3 AS 1 und UM 1 mit dem Zubehör-
bausatz zusammenschrauben („X";
Fig. 7).
4 zwei Rundriemen auf Riemenschei-
ben der AS 1 und UM 1 auflegen.
5 Kupplung in Hohlwelle des An-
triebsrades einlegen (vgl.
Einzelheit „Y") Sechskantwelle ein-
fetten (z. B. mit "gleitmo 585K")
und in Hohlwelle einschieben.
Sechskantwelle beim Einfügen nicht
verkanten!
6 Wellensicherungsring(e) anbrin-
gen.
7 Getriebemotor auf Sechskantwelle
bzw. Kupplung stecken und am
Flansch befestigen,
Verschlussstopfen eindrücken.

Abdeckblech befestigen.

Butt joint AS 1 to UM 1 (Fig. 7)
with assembly kit:

1 Remove cover sheets from
AS 1and UM 1. For this purpose,
unscrew two flanged oval-head
screws in each case.
2 Bend over the upper and lower
straps on the rear cover sheets by
180°.
3 Bolt AS 1 and UM 1 together with
elements of the assembly kit
(„X"; Fig. 7).
4 Loop two round belts about
pulleys of AS 1 and UM 1.
5 Fit coupling into hollow shaft of
drive wheel (cf. detail "X"),
lubricate hex shaft (e.g. with
"gleitmo 585K") and insert into
hollow shaft.
Be careful not to wedge hex shaft
while inserting!
6 Affix retaining rings.
7 Place gear motor on hex shaft or
coupling and fasten onto flange.
Push in the blanking plugs.
8 Fasten cover sheets.

Jonction bout à bout de l'AS 1 et
de l'UM 1 (Fig. 7) avec le kit
d'accessoires :

1 Dévisser les tôles de protection de
l'AS 1 et de l'UM 1. Pour cela,
desserrer deux vis à tête bombée
à collet sur chaque tôle.
2 Replier à 180° les attaches
supérieures et inférieures sur les
tôles de protection arrières.
3 Visser ensemble l'AS 1 et l'UM 1
avec le kit d'accessoires
(„X"; Fig. 7).
4 Poser deux courroies rondes sur
les poulies de l'AS 1 et de l'UM 1.
5 Insérer le raccord dans l'arbre
creux de la roue d'entraînement
(cfr. détail "X"), lubrifier l'arbre he-
xagonal (par ex. avec du "gleitmo
585K") et l'introduire dans l'arbre
creux.
Au moment d'enfiler l'arbre hexagonal,
ne pas le coincer !
6 Mettre les bagues de frein de
l'arbre.
7 Positionner le moto-réducteur sur
l'arbre hexagonal ou le raccord et
fixer à la bride. Enfoncer les
bouchons d'obturation.
8 Fixer les tôles de protection.
