USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

Slide hot plate from the backside into rail on base of water bath tank. Spring bolts or spring
rails keep the hot plate in close contact with the base of the tank.

Attention: If you use the heating element 06 2082 6044 / 06 2082 9990 (2), please don't
forget to adapt first the holder for the heating element 06 3272 6039 (1). Then slide both
together into the rail of base of water bath tank, as described above (3). Your chafing dish is
now ready to be heated!

Leading of cable for chafing dishes GN 1/1 "CHANGE":
Please fix the cable at the flex clip at the left side part of the chafing dish.

Leading of cable for round chafing dishes "CHANGE":
please fix the cable at the flex clip at the brake inside the frame of the chafing dish
