Entering the password (mode 2)
Only when the correct password is entered can changes be made to parameters 3a
and 3b, or 3d.
To calibrate the output current, enter the password "105".
To reset to the factory setting, enter the password "110".
Procedure:
•
Use the M button to select mode 2
•
Now enter the correct password.
•
If the password is correct, modes 3a, 3b and 3d will be accessible.
If the password is incorrect, the unit will jump back to mode 1 and access to the
parameters will be blocked.
Calibrating the output current (modes 3a and 3b)
This modes enables the user to precisely set the output current of the device using a
current measuring device designed for the purpose.
•
4 mA output current (mode 3a)
− When the
value is changed.
− When they are pressed briefly, the value is changed in small stages.
− When they are pressed for longer, the value is changed in larger stages.
•
20 mA output current (mode 3b)
When the
value is changed.
− When they are pressed briefly, the value is changed in small stages.
− When they are pressed for longer, the value is changed in larger stages.
Reset factory setting (3d mode)
This mode recreates the factory setting in its original form.
To do this, press the "↑" or "↓" simultaneously for several seconds. After reset has
been completed, the display jumps back to mode 1.
