1) Water temperature display
1.a) The water temperature data displayed relates to the water in the upper
part of the tank (above 2/3) that you actually use, instead of the entire water
quantity stored..
1.b) During water use, the temperature of the lower part of the water may
decrease, while the temperature of the upper part is still high. In this case, the
appliance starts the heating of the lower part. This is normal.
2) Troubleshooting
In case of defective operation, the appliance may display the following error

3) In case of frequent errors, the appliance switches to Standby mode. It still remains
operational, however, with much lower efficiency than earlier. Please, contact a
professional.
3.a) In case of serious error, the system cannot operate any more. Please, contact
a professional.
3.b) In case of an error, the buzzer of the appliance buzzes every two minutes, the
ALARM indicator becomes bright, and the display shows the error code and
the water temperature after each other. To switch off the alarm, press and
hold down the CANCEL button for 3 seconds.
4) Restart after long period of rest
When the appliance is restarted (including the trial mode) after a longer period of
rest, it is normal that the water received may not be clean. In this case, leave the
faucet open and the outflowing water will become clean soon.
