b) If the appliance launches a self-protection mechanism and shuts down,
please, check the following:
When the power indicator lights up, the appliance may not yet fulfil all of the
system start-up conditions when being switched on. You should check the air
outlet and inlet for clogging to prevent strong draughts from reaching the air
outlet.
c) Defreezing
The evaporator may freeze in a wet and cold environment, which can reduce
the water heating performance. In such cases, the appliance is set to stop water
heating, switches to defreezing and starts water heating only then.
During defreezing, the fan stops, the four-way valve turns the flow direction and
the compressor runs continuously.
Defreezing may last from 3 to 10 minutes, depending on the external environment
and the frost.
d) Temperature display
When the appliance stops, temperature decrease is normal, it is caused by
the release of heat. The system starts automatically, when it reaches a certain
temperature.
During water heating, the water temperature displayed may decrease or it may
not increase due to heat exchange of the water for a while. When the tank has
fully reached the pre-set temperature, the appliance stops automatically.

Reason
• Check if there is mains power
supply.
• The water output may be set at
a low temperature.
• The outlet water temperature
controller is damaged.
• The indicator circuit is damaged.
• The tap water is not connected.
• The water pressure is too low.
• The inlet valve is closed.
• The joints of pipelines are not
perfectly sealed.
Solutions
Set a higher value for the outlet
water temperature.
Contact a professional.
Normal operation will start as
soon as water is supplied. Use it
when the water pressure too high.
Open the internal inlet valve.
Check and fix all the joints.
