THE FIRST HEATING CYCLE MUST BE SUPERVISED BY A PROFESSIONAL .
Visually check if there is any leakage at the connections of flanges and fittings – tighten
them carefully, if necessary. After this, the appliance can be connected to the mains
supply. To switch on the hot water storage container in heat pump mode, press the
ON/OFF button located on the control panel. Before setting the clock for the first time,
and other parameters or programs, follow the instructions in Chapter 6.

9. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
Always observe and strictly comply with the general warnings and safety
instructions laid down under previous Clauses .
All maintenance operations and activities must be performed by qualified personnel
(i.e. the persons concerned must have the expertise as required by the effective
regulations).
If the mains cable is damaged, it must be replaced in order to avoid any danger. Such
replacement must be performed by the manufacturer, its service support or a similarly
qualified professional.
WARNING
Before repair or maintenance, the appliance must be switched off and the external
switch must be turned into "OFF" position in all cases.
9.1. Emptying the appliance
You can empty the container by using the discharge valve (faucet) mounted in front of
the hot water tank or the combined safety valve (by turning the knob in the direction
indicated by the arrow).
Before emptying, close the closing valve of the water supply network and the cold
water tap of the faucets, while opening the hot water tap of one of the faucets, and
keeping it open during emptying process. ATTENTION! HOT WATER MAY LEAVE THE
APPLIANCE DURING WATER DRAINAGE!
If you discover leakage from the interior of the container or any other sign of irregular
operation, promptly disconnect the appliance from the water supply network using
the closing valve.
