GFH 30
Apply even movements to the cartridge gun, inject the

resin from the cartridge into the GFH 30 up to the
half-way point (dosage aid) (see fi g.: 15).
NOTE!
Failure to seal due to incorrect installation!
Improper installation can result in damage.
• During hardening (5 -7 minutes), do not separate
resin system as a whole from the GFH!
• However, the resin cartridge can be taken out
of the cartridge gun immediately after the resin
has been injected. The cartridge must then be
resealed with the bottom cover of the cartridge,
to prevent any resin components from dripping
out (see fi g.: 16).
Release cartridge gun and remove.

Leave cartridge with mixer jet in the fi lling opening
and close again with the the base cover of the resin
cartridge (see fi g.: 16).
After 5 minutes screw off the resin cartridge from the
mixer jet and screw the lid on the resin cartridge (see
fi g.: 17 and 18).
The remaining expansion resin (half cartridge) is
required for installation of another GFH 30.
Make sure that the cartridge opening, before
closing, is free of material residues.
