BOILER FRONT PLATE DRILLING
COMBUSTION HEAD PROJECTION
For the combustion head projection carefully follow the boil-
er manufacturer indications.
A proper protection with refractory material on the combus-
tion head projecting into the combustion chamber shall be
made, when boilers with frontal smoke box are used..
During the operation the burner output varies between a maximum and minimum value.
The maximum output should be included into the operating field shown in this drawing.

The minimum output may go down up to 50 kg/h.
The maximumu modulating rate is 1 ÷ 3 (66 ÷ 200 kg/h).
