INSTALLATION
CAUTION! Handle the operator with care during installation.
SECURING THE OPERATOR REAR COUPLING
•
Position the rear coupling on the basis of the distances
identifi ed previously and secure it to the anchor plate on
pillar, using two weld spots. IMPORTANT : If necessary, cut
the coupling bar to the effective useful length.
During the welding, the anti-vibration bushes must not be
fi tted on the coupling and the hole of the coupling must be
protected.
Use a spirit level to check the vertical and horizontal
!
alignment of the coupling.
•
Complete the welding process and remove any residue
using a wire brush.
After cooling the parts, protect the
welding zone with rust-proof
PROVISIONAL REAR SECURING OF THE OPERATOR
•
Insert the fork on the back base of the operator (
secure the fork using the pin (

C
•
Insert the two anti-vibration bushes above and below the
coupling (

D
•
Fit the operator on the coupling and secure the parts by
inserting the vertical pin (
pin generously.
•
Use the nut (
) to secure but do not tighten it fully.

•
Release the operator and extract the entire length of the
rod, then re-inser it for 5 mm (safety dimension to avoid
the risk of failure).
Relock.

To release and relock the operator, use a triangular key
in the seat indicated (
