9.1 Replacement of the cutter
Disconnect the hose (Pos. 88) from the welding
motor (Pos. 501).
Remove both fastening
screws to take off the
welding motor (Pos.
501).
Remove the pressure spring (Pos. 20).
If the cutter (Pos. 21) cannot be removed apply air
pressure through the disconnected hose (Pos. 88)
to push the piston down.
The cutter (Pos. 21) now can be removed.
Grease the new cutter (Pos. 21) and pressure spring (Pos. 20), and reassemble it in
reverse order.
TP 600
Disconnect the TP 600 from the air supply before
starting maintenance and cleaning.
