STEP 7 - CONNECTING THE GAS CON-
TROL VALVE'S WIRING HARNESS TO
THE IGNITION CONTROL.
1. Route the control valve's wires through the vacant
hole on the control box.
2. Slide the water tight connector's retaining nut
over the valve wires. (The retaining nut is in the
heater's accessory pack.) See Fig. 8

3. Push the water tight connector with sealing gasket
up against the control box. See Fig. 9.

4. Tighten the nut to the inside of the control box.

5. Connect the gas control valve wires to the ignition
L-40 heater:
Connect the color- coded wires of the gas control to the
same colored wires at the circuit board (red to red, blue to
blue) See Fig. 11

H-40 heater - Connect the harness wires as follows,
see Fig. 12:
-- Red gas control wire with 3/16 in. terminal to MV on
circuit board.
-- Remaining red wire to terminal N3 on circuit board.
-- Green wire with ¼ in. terminal to GND terminal with
power cord ground wire.
