CAUSE/SOLUTION
The communication between the microprocessor board
(HMI) and the PLC is interrupted or defective. (Folding
machine option only).
Communication between the microprocessor board (HMI)
and the relay board (IOS) is interrupted or defective.
The microprocessor board is not properly configured to
the machine model. A shunt must be present on the
microprocessor board (HMI) CN6 connector - See electric
diagram.
sensor error The NTC2 temperature sensor is disconnected or
defective.
The temperature has not increased by 1°C after 60
minutes (value adjustable in the maintenance menu).
The humidity sensor is disconnected or defective.
The temperature has not decreased by 1°C after 60
minutes (value adjustable in the maintenance menu)
during the cooling phase.
