HPS mode only becomes operational after the pre-heat warm-up phase (by default when the
temperature reaches 130°C)
When flat laundry is placed on the infeed table, it cuts an invisible beam (shown as a dot above)
which slows down the infeed speed and thus facilitates the placement of the flat linen.
Inside the machine, just behind the safety plate, another photoelectric cell detects the presence
of the sheet and automatically accelerates the speed depending on the humidity level detected
in the laundry and depending on the selected HPS (Turbo, Standard, Quality) mode.
After the end of sheet detection and to improve drying/ironing quality of the end of flat linen,
the speed decreases sharply a few seconds before re-accelerating to the operating speed or
to the infeed speed if new laundry is placed on the infeed table.
If no laundry is placed on the infeed table for more than 60 seconds, the speed returns to the
infeed speed.
