Folding machine mode operation (option)

The folding option, which is managed by a PLC which communicates in real time with the
screen allows the lengthways folding of the flat linen with the evacuation by conveyor of the
flat linen at the front outfeed (folding machine option) or at the back outfeed (folding machine
option), several folding modes are available directly on the screen:
•
Auto: fold width and length of sheet (or other laundry or other item of of flat laundry
calculated automatically.
•
Semi-Auto: the fold width is defined manually by the user and the sheet length is
calculated automatically.
•
Advanced: users define their own fold width and sheet length.

Choice of outfeed type (only available if the
machine is equipped with the back outfeed and
configured in the options):

Front outfeed
•
Back outfeed
Fold width: Used to manually define fold width in cm (only available in Semi-Auto and
Advanced folding mode).
Sheet length: Used to manually define the sheet length in cm (only available in
advanced folding mode).
