SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND LIABILITY

The use of this paraglider is done entirely at your own risk! The Manufacturer and distributor as-
sume no liability whatever for accidents or injuries of any kind sustained therewith. Paragliding is
a risk sport, carrying a risk of serious injury or death. Adherence to the proper safety procedures
can reduce the risk but can never remove it entirely. Any violation of the proper safety regulations
makes paragliding particularly dangerous, especially if:
The training does not correspond with the training
regulations and proper tests have not been passed.
The flight experience of the pilot does not correspond
to the minimum classification requirements.
Inappropriate or untested harness or safety equipment are used.
Inappropriate head protection is worn (We recommend DIN 33954 or equivalent standard)
Any regulations are ignored when towing.
The flight is performed in unfavourable conditions or in
a place which is unsuitable for launching a paraglider.
An adequate preflight check has not been performed.
The pilot is not sober, not in his right mind or not in good health.
This owner's manual has not been obeyed.
