PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

The KRILO BLUE has successfully passed the most stringent certification process in the world
and has achieved DHV-Gütesiegel registration with DHV 1-2 GH.
Although it is suitable for relatively inexperienced pilots, recreational and leisure pilots will find
the BLUE enables them to progress towards advanced status. Its' easy ground handling and excel-
lent flight behavior inspire confidence immediately. Thus, you can quickly benefit from the BLUE's
high performance and can set yourself higher goals. The more experienced pilot will also enjoy the
BLUE. Its great speed range and high performance combine with its direct and easy handling to
make the BLUE the perfect partner for excellent results and more flying fun.
Before starting, however, it is important from the point of view of safety that you find out all about
your new equipment by reading this manual and by spending time with your glider on a practice
slope. We particularly recommend that you pay attention to the chapter dealing with the possibili-
ties of adjustment.

Caution: At the time of dispatch, each BLUE corresponds to the certified version. Any arbitrary
changes outside the approved registered adjustment possibilities (see appropriate chapter) might
have a dangerous affect on flight behaviour, and might take the glider outside certified status.
