Remove the rows of tiles to fit the roof

Fit a batten on its edge directly over the

Fit the second and third batten to secure the
lead flashing above the batten that is on edge.

battens and the tiles. If necessary, increase
the dimension to 120 mm.
Nail the lead flashing (2) to the third

batten with at least 100 mm overlap on the
row of tiles. The lead flashing (2) should
overlap by at least 100 mm

Fit two mounting brackets (3) for

each collector on the third roof batten. A screw
fitting is not required.
Fit an additional roof batten at a distance

of 2080 mm from the inside edge of the
mounting bracket (3), if a batten is not already
there.
Then fit the right-hand end strip (12). The

clearance to the row of tiles at the side should
be the width of a tile.

Use the clamps provided (9) to fix the collector
array end strip (12) to the roof battens.
