Carry out the following steps of procedure after the
power switch has been turned OFF.

30. PF-7 DISPOSITIF DE BOUILLONNE PARTIEL
(DISPONIBLE SEPAREMENT)
1. Montage du bac d'huile
Si l'on dispose du PF-7 on option, changer la position sctuelle de l'
ensemble de bac d'huile comme l'illustre la fi gure.
1) Poser l'arbre horizontal de genouillère 2 sur le bras de rotation de
genouillère 1 . Fixer le boulon six pans 3 du bras de rotation de
genouillère dans l'orifi ce fi leté de l'arbre horizontal de genouillère.
Serrer ensuite le boulon.
2) Fixer l'entretoise de butée sur le méplat de l'arbre horizontal de
genouillère 2 et le fi xer on place à l'aide de la vis 4 .
3) Après le montage, s'assurer que l'arbre horizontal de genouillère
2 tourne en douceur. S'il ne tourne pas en douceur, régler la
position de l'entretoise de butée.
30. DISPOSITIVO DE FRUNCIDO PARCIAL PF-7
(DISPONIBLE POR SEPARADO)
1. Ensamble de la bandeja de aceite
Si usted ha comprado el dispositivo PF-7 opcional, cambie el estado actual
del ensamble de la bandeja de aceite como se ilustra en la fi gura.
1) Instale el eje horizontal del cojin 2 de rodilla sobre el brazo
giratorio 1 del cojin de rodilla. Introduzca el perno hexagonal 3
del brazo giratorio del cojin de rodilla en el agujero del tornillo en
el eje horizontal del cojin de rodilla. Luego apriete el perno.
2) Coloque el collarin de empuje en la sección plana del eje horizontal
del cojin de rodilla 2 y sujételo en su lugar con el tornillo 4 .
3) Después del ensamble, compruebe que el eje horizontal 2 del
cojin de rodilla gira suavemente. Si no gira suavemente, reajuste
la posición del collarin de empuje.

30. PF-7 PARTIAL SHIRRING DEVICE
(SEPARATELY AVAILABLE)
1. Assembling the oil pan
If you have purchased the optional PF-7, change the current state of
the oil pan assembly as illustrated.
1) Install knee pad horizontal shaft 2 on knee pad rotating arm 1 .
Fit hexagonal bolt 3 of the knee pad rotating arm into the screw
hole in the knee pad horizontal shaft. Then tighten the bolt.
2) Attach the thrust collar to the fl at section of knee pad horizontal
shaft 2 and fi x it in place using screw 4 .
3) After assembly, check that knee pad horizontal shaft 2 rotates
smoothly. If it does not rotate smoothly, re-adjust the position of the
thrust collar.
30. TEILKRÄUSELVORRICHTUNG PF-7
(SEPARAT ERHÄLTICH)
1. Einbauen der Ölwanne
Falls Sie die als Sonderzubehör erhältliche Teilkräuselvorrichtung PF-7
gekauft haben, sollten Sie den gegenwärtigen Zustand der eingebauten
Ölwanne gemäß der Abbildung ändern.
1) Die Kniepolster-Horizontalwelle 2 am Kniepolster-Dreharm 1
anbringen. Die Sechskantkopfschraube 3 des Kniepolster-Dreharms
1 in das Schraubenloch in der Kniepolster-Horizontalwelle 2
hineinschrauben. Dann die Schraube fest anziehen.
2) Den Druckring am fl achen Teil der Kniepolster-Horizontalwelle 2
anbringen und mit Hilfe der Schraube 4 befestigen.
3) Nach dem Zusammenbauen nachprüfen, ob sich die Kniepolster-
Horizontalwelle 2 reibungslos dreht. Falls sich die Welle nicht
reibungslos dreht, den Druckring anders einstellen.
30. DISPOSITIVO DI ARRICCIATURA PARZIALE
PF-7 (DISPONIBILE SEPARATAMENTE)
1. Installazione della vasca dell'olio
Se avere acquistato il dispositivo opzionale PF-7, modifi care la
posizione della vaschetta dell'olio come indicato nella fi gura.
1) Installare l'albero orizzontale della leva a ginocchio 2 sul braccio
rotante 1 della leva a ginocchio. Inserire il bullone esagonale 3 dell'
albero rotante della leva stessa nel foro maschiato posto sull'albero
orizzontale della leva a ginocchio.Stringere quindi il bullone a fondo.
2) Fissare l'anello di arresto alla parte piatta dell'albero orizzontale della
leva a ginocchio 2 e fi ssarlo nella corretta posizione tramite la vite 4 .
3) Dopo il montaggio, controllare che l'albero orizzontale 2 della
leva a ginocchio abbia un movimento rotatorio costante. In caso
contrario regolare la posizione dell'anello.
