e. If the blade gets stuck in the cut, release the running button immediately, switch off the machine, open the
vice slowly, remove the part and check that the blade or its teeth are not broken. If they are broken,
change the tool.
7. The machine's functional parts
7.1 Head
The head consists of the motor, the support unit, the lubrication and cooling pump and the electrical parts.
Refer to Figure 6.
7.2 Vise
The vise blocks the material when cutting, by means of a feed handwheel and a manual or (as an option)
pneumatic stop mechanism. The vise contains a trimming device, used to clamp the piece that is being cut.

7.3 Stand
The stand supports the whole machine. The base houses the cooling liquid tank.
8. Adjusting your machine
8.1 Saw blade head
If there is too much axial play on the joint, tighten the screws (7, fig. 9) carefully, without blocking the axle pin.
8.2 Changing the blade
Warning
Before performing the following operations, the electric power supply and the power cable
must be completely disconnected.
Change the saw blade as follows:

Loosen the moveable protective cover and turn it backwards.

Clamp a workpiece and push the saw blade towards it.

Use a spanner to loosen the screw (1, fig. 12), pull the flange out.

Install the new saw blade and check the cutting direction of the teeth. Install the flange, screw and
protective cover.
8.3 Removing the cooling and lubrication unit

Remove the tube of the cooling and lubrication unit.

Loosen the set screw and replace the pump. Make sure that the drive shaft is lined up with the bearing of
the motor shaft.
9. Starting to use the machine

Push the start button (2, fig. 8), a green light is lit.

Use switch (3) to set cutting speed:
Position 1 = 43 m/Min
Position 2 = 83 m/Min

Put the workpiece in the vice (4, fig. 9) Put the jaw 3 – 4 mm away from the workpiece and lock the
handle.

Grab the handle (6) of the head arm and push the button. Check if the blade turns in the right direction (if
not, switch the two phases).

Check if there is enough cooling fluid.
