according to DGUV regulation 3 (BGV A3), the heating unit is classed as
a moveable appliance and hence must be tested after maintenance,
changes to the machine and yearly according to VDE 0701-0702.

Loosen the screws (37) and take off the lid (38).
Remove the first seal (39).
Pull the impeller housing (41) and the impeller (40) off
the shaft.
Now you can remove the second seal (39) and the shaft
seal (42) and replace them with new seals. To change
the shaft seal, the feather key on the shaft must be
temporarily removed.
Press the new impeller (40) into the impeller housing
(41) and push it onto the pump shaft after reinserting
the feather key.
Insert a further new seal (39) into the impeller housing
(41).
Then reattach the lid (38) to the pump using the two
screws (37).
