Functional description EHA18, EHA27, EHA45

The heating units EHA18, EHA27 and EHA45 heat the juice via a pipe-in-pipe spiral tube heat
exchanger. The juice to be heated must be pumped through the spiral tube heat exchanger with an
external juice pump (not contained in the delivery). Additionally, hot water, heated in the water tank
(6) by heaters, is pumped through the outer pipe to heat the juice. The juice temperature must be
set manually using the flow through regulation (7). The current juice temperature is displayed at the
temperature display juice (1).

Functional description EHA18E, EHA27E, EHA45E

The heating units EHA18E, EHA27E and EHA45E heat the juice via a pipe-in-pipe spiral tube heat
exchanger. For this, the juice is pumped through the inner tube of the heat exchanger via juice inlet
(22) and the juice pump (26). Additionally, hot water, heated in the water tank (23) by heaters, is
pumped through the outer pipe to heat the juice.
The juice and water temperature can be very easily regulated using the temperature regulators
juice (32) and water (36).
