Decommissioning EHA18, EHA27, EHA45

For decommissioning, follow this procedure:
- Switch off the main switch (11).
- Disconnect power connection.
- Disconnect the hose connections at the juice inlet (9) and the juice outlet (8).
- Clean the machine.
- The machine must be protected from frost. If this should not be possible, an anti-freeze must be
added to the water tank (6) (adhere to the anti-freeze manufacturer's statements). To ensure
that the anti-freeze can distribute itself in the entire water circuit, you must switch the machine
and the water pump on again.
- Store the heating unit according to the storage conditions.

Decommissioning EHA18E, EHA27E, EHA45E

For decommissioning, follow this procedure:
- Switch the selectors Juice pump (30) and Heating (34) to Off.
- Switch off the main switch (19).
- Disconnect power connection.
- Disconnect the hose connections at the juice inlet (22) and the juice outlet (16).
- Clean the machine.
- Open the juice outflow tap (27) to empty the juice pipe of the heat exchanger.
- The machine must be protected from frost. If this should not be possible, an anti-freeze must be
added to the water tank (23) (adhere to the anti-freeze manufacturer's statements). To ensure
that the anti-freeze can distribute itself in the entire water circuit, you must switch the machine
and the water pump (21) on again, using the selector (34).
- Store the heating unit according to the storage conditions.
