Cleaning of EHA18E, EHA27E, EHA45E

Clean the machine using clear water with a normal cleaning agent.
Cleaning of the juice pipe of the heat exchanger spiral
Quick cleaning:
- Switch off the machine using the main switch (19) and switch the selectors Juice pump (30) and
Heating (34) to Off.
- Remove the temperature sensor Juice (17) and connect a hose instead.
- Put the open end into a drain.
- Open the juice outflow tap (27) to empty the juice pipe of the heat exchanger.
- Once the juice pipe is empty, push a sponge rubber ball into the juice outflow tap (27). Connect
a water hose and open the water tap. The water pressure pushes the sponge rubber ball
through the juice pipe and cleans it from the inside.
- Repeat this process 3 times.
Thorough cleaning:
- Switch off the machine using the main switch (19) and switch the selectors Juice pump (31) and
Heating (34) to Off.
- Open the juice outflow tap (27) to empty the juice pipe of the heat exchanger.
- Once the juice pipe is empty, close the juice outflow tap (27) again.
- Fill a container with water and cleaning agent.
- Connect the container to the juice pump (26) via the juice inlet (22) and to the juice outlet (16).
- Switch the machine on using the main switch (19).
- Turn the step switch (33) to 0.
- Turn the selector Juice pump (30) to Manual, to switch the juice pump (26) on.
- Depending on the cleaning agent (according to the statement of the manufacturer) run the
circulation process for 20 to 30 min.
- Following this process, the system must be flushed well with clean water.
