6. Instructions pour la manoeuvre du
disjoncteur
6.1. Consignes de sécurité
Les disjoncteurs HD4-HXA garantissent un indice
!
de protection minimum IP2X s'ils sont installés
dans les conditions suivantes:
– disjoncteur fixe, avec treillis de protection
– version débrochable, installés dans un tableau.
Dans ces conditions l'opérateur est absolument
garanti contre le contact accidentel avec des par-
ties en mouvement. Si l'on effectue des manœuvres
mécaniques sur le disjoncteur en dehors du tableau
ou avec les grillages de protection démontés, faire
tout particulièrement attention aux parties en mou-
vement.
Si les manœuvres sont empêchées, ne pas forcer
les interverrouillages mécaniques et vérifier que la
séquence des manœuvres est correcte. L'embro-
chage et le débrochage du disjoncteur dans les
tableaux doivent être graduels afin d'éviter tout
choc pouvant déformer les interverrouillages mé-
caniques.

6.1. Safety indications
HD4-HXA circuit-breakers ensure a minimum degree
!
of protection IP2X if installed under the following
conditions:
– fixed version, with protection netting
– withdrawable version, installed in a switchboard.
Under these conditions, the operator is fully guaran-
teed against accidental contact with moving parts.
Should any mechanical operations be carried out on
the circuit-breaker outside the switchboard or with
the protection netting removed, be very careful of
any moving parts.
If the operations are prevented, do not force the
mechanical interlocks and check that the operation
sequence is correct.
The racking-in and racking-out operations of the
circuit-breaker must be carried out gradually to pre-
vent any impacts which might deform the mechani-
cal interlocks.
