4.4 SBRINAMENTI

- SBRINAMENTO AUTOMATICO A GAS CALDO
Come è stato già segnalato la macchina è stata dotata
di un pannello comandi con centralina elettronica che
regola la gestione dell'impianto refrigerante ed elettri-
co, è situato sul lato operatore della vetrina, controlla
lo sbrinamento programmato di un ciclo ogni 6 ore.
(Fig.55 pos.A).
- SBRINAMENTO MANUALE
Per particolari condizioni ambientali gli sbrinamenti
in automatico potrebbero non essere sufficienti, per
cui può essere necessario iniziare uno sbrinamento
aggiuntivo tramite il pulsante di sbrinamento manuale.
- SBRINAMENTO CON FERMO MACCHINA
Ogni 7 giorni è preferibile effettuare uno sbrinamento
prolungato ( di almeno 12 ore) con fermo macchina,
in modo da eliminare ogni residuo di ghiaccio sull'e-
vaporatore.

4.4 DEFROSTING

- AUTOMATIC HOT GAS DEFROSTING
As mentioned previously, the machine has been fitted
with a control panel which has an electronic control unit
to regulate the activity of the refrigeration and electrical
systems. This panel is located on the operator side of
the display unit and controls the scheduled defrosting
programme (one cycle every six hours; fig. 55, pos. A).
- MANUALLY OPERATED DEFROST
In specific working environments, it is possible be that the
automatic defrost cycles are insufficient. Should this be the
case, it may be necessary to carry out an additional defrost
cycle using the push-button for manual defrost.
- DEFROSTING WHEN THE MACHINE IS OFF
A prolonged defrost cycle with the machine switched
off should be carried out every thirty days (for at least
12 hours), in order to remove all traces of ice from the
evaporator.
