4. Description

4.1 Description of the unit

Electric cattle brush model: HAPPYCOW Uno
The units are designed to hygienically clean the hide of cattle and at the same time reduce costs compared to traditional cleaning by hand.
• Units with type "18680; 18690; 18700" and "18680-E; 18690-E; 18700-E" comply with the applicable safety regulations for persons and pro-
perty according to the EU Machinery Directive, see EU Declaration of Conformity.
• Units with type "18680-E; 18690-E; 18700-E" comply with the applicable safety regulations for persons and property according to the Supply of
Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008, see UK – Declaration of Conformity.
Use of these units can cause danger to the life and limb of the user or third parties, or damage to the unit or other material assets.
Caution!
The unit must be used exclusively in accordance with intended use and
in a technically safe condition!
The operational safety of the unit is only guaranteed if it is used for its
intended purpose. Failure to comply with the individually listed points
in the operating instructions can result in physical injury or material
damage for which the manufacturer assumes no liability.

4.2 Scope of delivery

4.3 Correct use

This unit must only be used for the dry cleaning of female cattle in
pens. The collars of the cattle must fit tightly and the tail hair must be
kept short (< 5 cm). The animals' hide hair must also not be longer
than 5 cm. The unit can be operated with a maximum of 60 animals.
The regulations set out in these operating instructions must be com-
plied with. Any other use of the unit, e.g. in any other area than those
described, shall be deemed incorrect use. The manufacturer accepts no
liability for any resulting physical and/or material damage.
