4.5 Standard Shop settings of slicing pressure 1-4
Please start with pressure 3
After this you can increase or decrease pressure by changing to 1,2 or 4.
4.6 In case of used blades.
You can decrease to pressure 2 or 1 while waiting for a technician to change the blades.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning. Ensure the machine is isolated from the power supply before
commencing cleaning or maintenance.
Caution. This unit is not water proof. Do not use water jet spray to clean
interior or exterior of this unit.
5.1 Daily cleaning
To be done by a trained employee.
1.
Empty the crumb collector
2.
Use a damp cloth for external cleaning
3.
Use a soft brush to clean the blades.
5.2 Every 25000 cuts or at least 1 time a year
To be done by an authorised agent:
1.
Isolate the machine
2.
Replace the blades. Do not over tighten the blades because there is a risk of deforming the
frame.
3.
Clean with a brush and vacuum the inside of the machine.
Check the state of the bearings.
