3.1

Authorized use

The Block Loading Grab AKZ was designed particularly for the use with truck loading cranes.
The device exclusively suitable for the loading and unloading of packed and unpacked, palleted und unpalleted gripping
goods, like paving stones and other building materials.
Vertically, strapped (each row
be gripped and lifted.
•
On building sites the device may be used only for the loading and unloading packs of building material
from the truck.
•
The device may be attached only to a truck loading crane, if working is possible in direct proximity of
the truck.
PROHIBITION: When gripping and following the lifting of palletized building material packages, the rubbber
grippers must NOT rest against the pallet
Otherwise there is a risk of the building material pack slipping (due to inadequate clamping).
DANGER TO LIFE!
The rubber grippers must rest directly against the building material package during the lifting process
the lower area of the material to be gripped - i.e. directly above the pallet).
•
The use of this device is only permitted in proximity to the ground.
•
The device (with gripped gripping good) must not be lifted higher than 180 cm (70¾´´), measured from
the ground to the lower edge of the gripping good.
