resolve the error (remove the obstacle such as a cable or similar, clean the sensors, lift
the device up and put it down somewhere else on the fl oor etc.).

Possible cause / solution
•
Are the sensors (16) on the charging station obstructed
or dirty? Is there any furniture or other obstacles in front
of the charging station? There must be at least 1.5 to 2 m
of free space in front of the charging station so that the
signal can reach the device.
•
Make sure that the charging station is connected to the
mains supply.
•
Is the room so large that the signal is no longer able to
reach the device? If this is the case, you must place the
device on the charging station yourself.
•
Has the rechargeable battery been charged? Check
whether the device can be switched on.
