Explanation of the 6-way valve

Function

The pool water to be filtered is pumped
through the filter and quartz sand

Position for cleaning the filter system

Pool water is pumped through the filter in
the reverse direction

Sludge water is directed into the waste duct

Filtering into the waste duct

Residual dirt in pipes of the system after
backwashing is removed

Circulate without filtering

Water flows directly into the pool, instead of
through the filter beforehand

Advantagous after addition of water
treatment products, e.g. shock chlorination

Pool water is pumped directly into the
waste duct

During mounting and maintenance work

All functions are stopped

Pump may not be switched on

Discharge of the sealing elements
