14.4 RELOADING THE FUEL

To load fuel inside the machine while it is running, follow
the procedure below:
Open the re door slowly to prevent the creation of
an air gap inside the replace that would cause the
smoke to escape in the environment (based on the
draught of the fume exhaust duct).
Reload the replace with fuel and then close the
re door.
Avoid overheating the stove by loading an excessive
amount of fuel.
Insert the fuel only when the grill bases are formed
The stove is provided with a bypass valve that favours
smoke transfer in the fume exhaust duct, minimizing the
smoke puffs in the environment.

14.5 ADJUSTING THE PRIMARY AIR

Primary combustion by placing air in the re box. This
is regulated by the register located on the front of the
ash box door (-6.3A-). If you wish to achieve more rapid
combustion, turn the knob so that the knob is completely
open; if instead you wish to achieve slower combustion,
turn the knob so that the knob is partially open; When
lighting for the rst time of the day or if the wood is damp,
it is advisable to keep the register fully open. Once the
re is burning it is advisable to adjust the air register
depending on how much heat is required or how long you
want the load of rewood to last. When the re has been
lighted up, the stove can work at the nominal charge and
the combustion air register can be turned off.

14.6 ADJUSTING THE SECONDARY AIR

The stove is provided with a system that allows limiting
the soot and ash deposits on the glass and ensuring
good ame visibility.
Depending on the type of wood used, on the humidity
level and on the fume exhaust duct draught, you might
be required to adjust the secondary air access that ows
around the glass.
Just above the door of the re box(-6.3B-), there is a
slot opening to aid in cleaning the glass. Its function is to
allow entry of a ow of air which blows against the inside
if the glass.

14.7 ADJUSTING THE DRAUGHT

The stove is provided with a draught adjustment valve for
the fume exhaust duct (-6.3C-).
The draught should be adjusted by the installer at stove
commissioning.
If the fume exhaust duct draught is optimal, leave the
valve open, if the draught is excessive close it making
sure that there are no smoke puffs in the environment if
the door is opened.
The declared nominal yield of the chimney is obtained
by burning the right quantity of wood, making sure not
to overload the combustion chamber. The ideal length of
the wood is provided by the length of the log holder.
