6.3.3 Brake fluid

Check the level every 150 hours.
The tank n.3 fig.14, behind the dashboard, should be at least three-quarters full.
It is advisable to use AGIP OSO 15 oil.
The brake circuit does not require any special maintenance. it is sufficient to
check brake fluid level.
If air gets into the brake circuit, bring the fluid level back up to level and then
bleed the brakes. To do this, slacken off the screws on the brake cylinders on
the wheel hubs and by pumping the brake pedals until only brake fluid comes
out.

6.3.4 Front axle transmission oil

Check the level every 50 hours using the dipstick in plug n.3 fig.17.
It is advisable to use AGIP SUPER TRACTOR UNIVERSAL SAE 15W/40 oil.
Change the oil every 800 hours. The amount required is around 3.5Kg for the
wide differential version and 2.5 kg for the narrow differential version.
Oil drain: plug n.1 fig.8, located on the bottom rear of the axle. Remove plugs
n.2 on the two final drives to facilitate oil draining.

To fill with oil: plug n.3 fig.17.

First oil change after the first 50-60 work hours.

6.3.5 Hydrostatic transmission oil

Check daily the oil level in the hydrostatic transmission through oil reservoir n.1
fig.14. Do not remove reservoir plug but check level visually.
Change the oil every 1500 hours at your Goldoni Technical Assistance Centre.
To top up oil level, add oil through plug n.2 fig.14.
It is advisable to use AGIP OSO 46 oil.

6.3.6 Cleaning the hydrostatic transmission oil filter

This filter should be cleaned every 1500 hours, at each oil change and
whenever warning light n.10 fig.2 come on.
Unscrew the filter located in front of the left mounting platform and replace the
cartridge using an original replacement.
After changing the cartridge, turn on the engine and run it for a couple of
minutes and then top up the oil level in the reservoir n.1 fig.14 through plug n.2
fig.14.
WARNING Whenever the hydraulic fluid red warning light comes on
n.10 fig.2, stop the tractor immediately and change the filter.
Use a cartridge with a filtering fineness of 25 micron.
